Rental Terms and Conditions for Molin Holiday Homes

1. ID requirement: A copy of the main guest’s passport/ID is required at booking. If you have not already sent it, please email it to: molinholidayhomes@gmail.com.
2. Booking confirmation: A reservation is confirmed once the first payment (25% of the total price) is received and approved by the owners. The payment is due within 5 days from today’s date.
3. Security deposit: A refundable security deposit (200€) is required and will be refunded after check-out, pending an inspection.
4. Total payment: The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before check-in.
5. Cancellation: Bookings are non-refundable, but can be rescheduled with a doctor’s note, subject to availability and dates chosen by us.
6. Check-in/check-out: Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM, unless other arrangements have been approved.
7. Guest limits: Only the number of guests specified in the booking can stay in the apartment.
8. Quiet hours: In Portugal, local noise regulations require that quiet hours are observed, typically from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During these hours, excessive noise is prohibited to avoid disturbing neighbors.
9. Conduct: Guests must respect the property and other tenants. Any damage or disturbance may result in fines, loss of deposit, or the request for guests to leave the property.
10. Animals: Permitted only with prior approval and for an additional fee.
11. Included: Linen, towels, toiletries, parking lot B in garage, cleaning before and after checkout.
